Kim Kardashian, who split last month from New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush, is about to contend with more NFL dating rumors – but this time willingly – when she tapes a guest appearance on the new FOX sitcom Brothers, PEOPLE confirms exclusively.


In the episode, set to be filmed in a few weeks and to air in October, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star, 28, plays herself as she confronts former football star Michael Trainor – played by real ex-New York Giant Michael Strahan – about rumors that the two have enjoyed a secret tryst.


Brothers, which also stars Daryl "Chill" Mitchell, CCH Pounder and Carl Weathers, premieres Sept. 25 on FOX.

Adding to the sense of reality on the October episode, Access Hollywood host Nancy O'Dell makes a cameo appearance as herself – chasing down news of the supposed affair between Kardashian and Trainor.

Kim Kardashian got our readers buzzing (over 1,000 comments!) with her new blonde hair, so we we had to find out more about the change! Kim tells PEOPLE exclusively that, “I needed an end of summer change. I’ve never dyed my hair before and I’ve been working out, feeling so great why not add to the change?” For her transformation into a blonde bombshell, Kim’s stylist Clyde Haygood brought her to Rebecca Friedman, co-owner of L.A.’s Goodform salon (which counts Lily Allen and Shia LaBoeuf among its clients) for her five-hour process, which included lifting her base color and adding in highlights.

Friedman tells PEOPLE that Kim “was pretty brave — she’s never colored her hair before. She was really excited for a change and ready to do something different. She’d always talked about going blonde and finally mustered up the courage to do it for real.” And this wasn’t just any ordinary blonde –- Rebecca envisioned a hue inspired by ’60s- and ’70s-era shades that would work with Kim’s olive complexion. “It suited her coloring. We couldn’t take her platinum because her coloring is too dark — you have to take into account not only her hair color, but her eyes and skin color.


We wanted to keep it really healthy and shiny and keep a minkier, darker base so that it didn’t go brassy, so it looked more natural and sun-kissed, like she’d been at the beach all summer.” And what was Kim’s reaction to the final product? “She loved it–she was freaking out, she was so into it. I think she looks amazing,” Rebecca says.


As for Kim, she tells PEOPLE that she’s still making up her mind about how long to keep the look for, but for now, “I’m still trying to decide if blondes do have more fun! Summer is right around the corner and Kim Kardashian is ready to show off her infamous curves.
Kim has gotten some heat in the past for full figured bod, but with a new workout video, a healthy diet, and some confidence, she's ready to hit the beach in a bikini.

"I am eating well and I go to the gym every day and I already see a difference."

Kim Kardashian is the latest celebrity to slam Miss California Carrie Prejean's anti-gay marriage stance, which she verbalized at the Miss USA pageant last weekend.


"I don't agree with her narrow mindedness and neither do a lot of people," Kardashian, 28, tells PEOPLE of Prejean's much-discussed response to judge Perez Hilton's query of her opinion the civil rights issue. "I'm not so narrow-minded so I definitely think a lot broader. Everyone has the right to be happy and be treated equally and I think not allowing gay marriage just kind of puts us back."

Adds Kardashian, "I believe you're in love with who you're in love with, and you should be able to marry them. No one should tell someone else how to think or how to feel."

Kardashian says she appreciates that Prejean was merely saying what she believed, but that may not have been the most tolerant of opinions. "I obviously have a completely different opinion but I think her answer was true to her," Kardashian says. "That answer represented her and how she felt. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. She stood up for what she believes in so she should be happy with that backlash."

Meanwhile, the newly-crowned Miss USA, Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton, downplayed the scandal at a City Harvest event in New York Tuesday, saying "I really don't think there should be a controversy. Miss California verbalized how she felt."

Kim Kardashian insists she’s not a plus-size girl — after her name was linked to a new range of clothes designed for fuller-figured women.

“I feel that this clipping from Us Magazine is a bit misleading, so I wanted to comment on it,” the reality TV star blogged, referring to an article in Us Weekly that states she is “a fan” of clothing brand Forever 21.
“I am a huge fan of Forever 21 and I’m very happy they have expanded their line to include a plus-size range, but I am not in that size category and this article makes it sound like I am!” she added. “I am a curvy girl and I love my curves, but curvy and plus-sized are two very different things. I work really hard to maintain my curves while staying slim and healthy, so to be classed as a ‘fuller-figured woman’ of extra large proportions is a little offensive.

Kim Kardashian's got nothing to hide – even if magazine editors and the public disagree, she says on her blog.

"So what: I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn't!?" the reality star, 28, writes on her blog in response to a brouhaha in which a photo of her for Complex magazine was accidentally released on the Internet before editors realized their mistake and quickly replaced it with the official photo of her.

The official picture had been retouched to slim down her famously zaftig figure.

But they didn't make the switch quickly enough. The original photo was snatched up and almost immediately turned into Internet fodder, with some Web sites even showing animation comparing the original photo with the touched-up version.

Kardashian – seldom shy about showing off her body – isn't fazed, saying that retouched photos are standard in the industry.

"How many people do you think are photoshopped? It happens all the time!" she writes, later adding, "I'm proud of my body and my curves and this picture coming out is probably helpful for everyone to see that just because I am on the cover of a magazine doesn't mean I'm perfect."

And Kardashian even finds a silver lining in what would be a black cloud for most Hollywood types.

"This all motivates me to stay in the gym because my goal this year has been to get in better shape and tone up!" she writes. "Hard work pays off!"

Kim Kardashian is coming to the defense of Hollywood starlet, Lindsay Lohan, who has become the subject of public scrutiny in recent days.
“It’s so sad that there’s such an invasion of privacy, with camera people, cops and paparazzi outside their home,” Kim told PEOPLE, of Lindsay’s weekend legal woes, which was marked by an arrest warrant and three days of police and paparazzi camped outside of girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s home.

Watching Kim Kardashian’s make-over from Paris Hilton hoochie wannabe to fashionista-in-the-making has been way more entertaining than any of the scripted drama on her reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians (they cancel Living Lohan, yet this show is still on the air? It’s a travesty!)

Kim made a pit stop in her style transformation to park her Delorean at the Y-3 fashion show in a space age jacket with some wickedly aggressive shoulder pads by Maison Martin Margiela that are as sharp as Alexis Morrell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan’s rapier tongue (a character from 80s show Dynasty, darn all you Gen-Y kids), black leggings and matching heels, like these by Cesare Paciotti. She further indulges her futuristic fashionista with a pair of C3PO gold press-on nails.

Clearly, the reality star is bucking for one-name status instead of the usual eye roll and smirk that mentioning her name brings. Hmm, dramatic skank make-under, E! red carpet reporting . . . yep, all the signs are there. A solo project is definitely in the making. Kourtney and the other sister, what’s her face, will undoubtedly have a staged fit, complete with goppy, runny mascara. We are trying not to freak out that Kim’s upgrade is coincidentally timed with the announcement that MTV’s House of Style is making a comeback. They wouldn’t . . . would they?

And who would have thought Kim would ever have something in common with style icon Sarah Jessica Parker, who’s been snapped lately in Margiela’s tabi boots that make her feet look like hooves? Ugh, just writing that sentence makes us vaguely nauseous.

Hollywood's curvaceous beauty Kim took to her blog to write about her workout series DVD entitled "Fit In Your Jeans By Friday," which she describes as "fashion-forward fitness."

As Kim Kardashian neglects to mention anything about the actual workout routines, she does give a very detailed account of the three outfits she chose to sport on the shoots.

"The first day was my ultra glam day!" Kim said. "The shoot is very stylized and fashion forward. I didn't want to wear typical workout clothes."

Kim Kardashian, for the second day, chose "American Apparel leggings with a Herve Leger top and a hot pink lacy bra underneath."

What could possibly finish off the three-day series?

"I wore a vintage jumpsuit!" Kim exclaimed. "I loved this look! It was fierce!"

Not to mention the "insane" knee-high Puma sneakers she also wore.

No word on when the DVDs will be released -- but Kim "can't wait for you guys to see this!"
